PeopleSpace’s Guidelines for COVID-19
As all businesses during this phase, we have taken necessary steps to ensure the safety of our members and staff.
Please continue reading to know more about the important changes that have been made and the rules we are implementing:

Community wellness guidelines
Signage placed throughout common areas will help us prioritize our health, together. Our community wellness guidelines include behavioral expectations in our Communities relating to Covid-19.
Clean hands: Wash hands with soap and water for 20 seconds and sanitize your hands regularly.
Clean and disinfect surfaces: Wipe down desks and countertops after use.
Consider wearing a face covering: Consider wearing a face covering when in close contact with others.
Cover your mouth: While coughing or sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with a tissue, sleeve, or elbow.
Prioritize your community: Follow self-isolation, quarantine, and case reporting guidelines as indicated by your local authorities.
Year 2020-2021
◆ Traditional coworking and daily passes no longer exist. Only private offices and reserved desks divided beyond 6 ft are currently available. View available workspace solutions here.
◆ Visitors (non-members) are not allowed at this time.
◆ Tours are not available at this time. If you are interested in becoming a member and reserve your workspace, please contact us for further information.
◆ Face covering is required in all common areas: kitchen, bathrooms, conference rooms, hallways, stairways, to and from personal area.
◆ Conference rooms: conference rooms are available for members. Disinfectant wipes will be available. We recommend disinfecting prior and after every visit.
◆ Personal area (designated workspace): no mask required.
◆ Cleaning crew will focus on disinfecting high traffic and high touch areas.
◆ Door knobs & handles: the back entrance handle has been replaced with one that can be used with your elbow. Members will only need their keyfob to access the building.
◆ Air filters have been installed.
◆ Green walls of separation have been created upstairs to separate the work stations from each other.
Everyone should:

◆ Avoid close contact
◆ Cover your mouth and nose with a cloth face cover when around others
◆ Cover coughs and sneezes
◆ Clean and disinfect
◆ Monitor Your Health
◆ when in doubt, stay home
